Deaf Pea's '58 gets my vote for nicest. That's really clean and I love the maple fretboard.

I just ordered my first P-Bass yesterday. Fender Standard [MIM} in sunburst. I've ordered schaller straplocks for it and am debating if i'm going to change the white pickguard to black. My other 2 MIM's (jazz 4 & a jazz 5) have white guards, but my Ray5 has a black.

I'm waiting till it comes in and i have a chance to play with it stock before i start modding it at all. I'm thinking about adding the bridge ashtray to it.
