Hi all.
There some really fine instruments here.
Well, I guess this count as a P-bass. It’s been my
main bass for the last 10 years
and I really love the versatility of this bass, it a
great slap and finger bass and it’s
not that heavy. Yes I know, it’s a Japanese and
it is a Lyte Deluxe, despite that it looks and sounds great.

Hey Hans, welcome to TB! And yep, yours definitely counts. I like that gold bridge. It's hard to tell, are the tuners gold as well?

Japanese fenders have a great Rep. IMHO, don't know why you say despite - great bass, great model, excellent quality coming outa Japan.

Yes they are in gold (picture coming), the bridge is in real gold (not solid).
I was wearing the old top layer down to the steel, so I sent
it to a company that makes regilding an had it redone.

I know what it is.You can't see the pickguard screws,or the control knobs.What an effect!! That is completely different to any P-bass that I've ever seen.I love it.Such clean lines.
