I have a jazz with a neck like that... I parted it out from a fender, and matched with a Warmoth body I did in oil.
Very cool neck - feels nice and sounds fat.

This one started life as a Davidson 34" scale 4 string, literally found in the trash. A new neck, a little routing, finishing etc... and it is now a 32" scale 5 string. Here's a before and after shot.
