Show me your P's! Lol

Not a Fender but still the P style pick up:

On the left is an order made MIJ Traditional Original 50's soon to get Through Body Labella Flats.

On the right is what used to be a Tony Franklin (now just the body) with Aguilars, Hipshot drop tuner, custom knobs, and a PHAT Warmoth neck with d'addario rounds.

Both with very comfy Well-Hung straps.
My P assembled by myself from Fender parts, Geezer pickups and pots and a home carved body. It’s heavy ash and it’s a player.

How's the neck on that Yamaha? Was considering one for a back up, been trying to find one to check out, haven't been able to find one in my area.

Here's my #1

I love it. It’s a tweener 40mm, similar to the BB necks. Very comfy in my Jazz-loving hand. The fret work was above par for the price. The finish is a “barely there” satin, that natural wood feel which I like

I need to drink more water because I’m currently P-less. Here’s the P-Basses I’ve owned:

2001 Squier Standard Precision V. Had a huge neck and some very weak Jazz pickups. I don’t miss this one. I miss Jackie the cat, though ❤️

2002 Squier 20th Anniversary Edition Affinity Precision. This will forever be the one that got away. Light, perfect neck, huge tone. I bought it for $100 and donated it to a music school for disadvantaged children after owning it for two years. I know it has helped kids get their start in music but I sure miss it.

Ibanez Roadstar II RB630 (circa 1986). This one had a wonderful neck and was nice and light. I put an EMG Geezer Butler pickup in it. It sounded and felt incredible, but I wanted to get a 5-string again, so I sold it towards a SBMM Ray5.

Part 2.

2007 (or so?) Squier Affinity P-Bass (photo from the Internet). This was my first bass. I owned it for a short while before trading it towards an Ibanez GSR200.

Squier Classic Vibe Limited Edition Precision. I just played this one at Guitar Center the other day. Felt great. It rekindled my love of P-Basses. I might buy one someday.

SX Ursa LPB62 Fretless (photo from the Internet). This was my first fretless bass. It was pretty terrible, but it never had a good setup. The pickup was annoyingly microphonic if touched. I don’t miss it.
