To those of you who keep your instruments on display or stored in furniture, what do you do with all the cases/gig bags?
We bought a house 6 months ago and now the noisemakers have their own room.

Like girlonbass, I keep my axes in a converted Ikea armoire (forget the model) we call it the "Guitarmoire". I havent finished making the fur sleeves for the neck supports yet but the bottom is lined with white fur with a couple large half-round dowels to cradle the bodies...down below is storage for cords, gig bags, a small amp that my son is using to learn guitar. The band practices in my unfinished basement. its not The Ritz but it works.
