Thanks. It was originally fretted but after years of playing and redressing the frets often they finally needed to be replaced. So instead I decided to remove them, fill the slots, paint the fingerboard black and coat it with Envirotex Lite.
Man, SoundGear's just dont get enough love around here. This basses are sick and slick. Specially the Prestiges. If anyone has a Prestige, would you mind posting some pics of the curves and such? I have a feeling they're a bit thinner than my SR400 ( ill get some pics soon) Thanks.

I'm a beginner and I've only had my SR200 for a week. I'm loving it!!! Fingers are a bit numb though 
Not my bass, but an internet photo just because I don't have one offhand, so yeah I have an Ibanez GSR200.
I also have an SR305, but like I said I don't have any pictures handy at the moment. When I get one, I'll post.

^ Same one I got, UPS just dropped it off from the 'Friend today!! Been setting it up, playing a little whatever stuff, 'cause I's just beginnin.. Didn't know my cheapy GSR counted as an SR.
Man that's the weirdest looking "fuzz" pedal I've ever seen for a bass guitar there in front of it. Of course I'd have to hear what it sounds like. Is that one of those fuzz/wah pedals or something more of a fuzz/meow? What happens when you step on it while playing?
