Here's mine:

Just kidding, it's not mine.
I lifted this from the Fender MySpace page.

They had a photo album of Fender players' tats and this was the only bass-specific one.

Just out of interest, there was a lady who'd basically turned herself into a Strat, pick-ups, switches, bridge etc.

right... thanks for that... that's put me right off the idea of having a bass guitar tat... too many straight lines... the guy should have used a ruler for those...

I'm thinking of a Bass Clef with bar's worth of blues shuffle shaking on the staff... and the staff having nice gracefully curved lines...

It bled quite a bit when I first got it, for a few days, but it's no problem at all now.

A tattoo on your palm will ink out in weeks. You're supposed to avoid creases in your skin aka around joints, because they will disappear in no time.

Pictures to come but I have a skull on my knee, yes the whole knee and it is NOT going anywhere creases or not. I am sure with a good artiist the ink will stick in the palm...it will fade...but not go away. I will post pictures soon as the actual tattoo when finished. The rest of the skeleton goes down my shin. Only catch is that a 6550 power tube is inside his chest instead of organs. (qualifies me for a bass tattoo) Once the color is done you all shall see but until then....

dude...really, is that actually your tattoo? how can you live with that thing. it's not so much the subject but the sheer crappiness of the tattoo itself. it looks like you got a child to draw the thing then someone who's been tattooing for 5 minutes to ink the thing. really...my god...that's a really effed up tattoo.
