Both!

I love the vs cabs. Never thought I would honestly. If they weren't so goddamn heavy I would recommend them much more than I already do. That being, for me personally they have a very traditional sound (makes perfect sense since they were made originally for the tube amplifiers), but it really shines with the ABM series being such variable amps. That being said, some people will definitely still opt for the traditional 410, 610, or 810. I feel like I've found exactly what I'm looking for the person. If only I was a little bit stronger and could carry more

The combo sounds brilliant on its own but once coupled to the 2 x 10 extension cab it takes it to another level! It's not just the addition of the extra speakers, I think it's something to do with it going down to 4 ohms and it seems to unleash a whole new dimension.

Extremely powerful sound, as much volume as I could possibly want but is as equally manageable at lower volume settings.

I decided to go for the 2 x 10 extension cab over the 1 x 15 as past experience with a Trace Elliot rig I found a 15 too muddy a sound for me. The 4 x 10's give more than enough bottom end for my purpose.

The combo and extension cab both have the Sica Neodynium Speakers and as the cabs are of 15mm birch ply they are very light indeed.

So far I'm more than pleased with my Ashdown equipment, however I feel with equipment of this value they would be supplied with covers, and the Footswitch to control some of the features on the amp is at additional cost. I have ROQSolid Covers for all of my equipment and they fit Ashdown amps very well.

Good evening fellow Ashdown owners. Here is a picture of my little 15 watt Ashdown amp. I love this little amp, but am concerned with the amount of noise in the gain stage. Somewhere between hiss, and the sound of static on an old tv. Curious if anyone else has experienced this issue? Thoughts on a remedy? New/different tubes? Any advice greatly appreciated. I hope everyone is having a good weekend, Go Seahawks, go Zags

Needing some advice, i currently have an ABM EVO ii and an ABM 210 compact cab, I'm wanting to add another cab for the louder gigs, i'm tossing up between an ABM 410 for a good price or an ABM 115 compact cab, both used. I'm thinking if i get the 410 i wont need to take the 210, but the 115 will be lighter.

Personally I’d go the 4x10 route.

Tears so, before i has my ABM, I had a MAG 2x10 and 1x15 setup. Not a bad rig, but looking back now i realize that the 15 want my thing on is open and i often wanted more than the 2x10, but didn’t want to carry 2 cabs. In my current rig I have 2 2x10s and 1 4x10. This lets me have a variety of single cab and dual stacking options ranging from a 6x10 down to a 2x10. I rarely need the 6x10, but it’sa nice option, and the 4x10 is great when i need the volume and only have the space or desire to carry one cab.
