I see a lot of threads started about bass color schemes.
My favorite style basses are typically all black basses. Rosewood or ebony fretboards, painted necks, painted headstocks, black hardware, etc. The more black the bass has on it, the better.

Posting pics of basses with black paint with metal flakes, transparent black finish, maple necks, natural headstocks and chrome/gold hardware is cool too.

I can't agree more!!! The blacker the bass the more I like it. Give me a week or so and I will post pics of a [black] bass I got coming in with my black Bat (Brownsville).

Excuse the carpet. I took these the same day we tore down a covered deck. I wanted to get a pic in the new (better) light, and didn't think to vacuum. Just as I have not thought to take some more pictures after I have vacuumed since. So...yeah.

how do you like your twelver? I always thought that thing looked really cool. I was thinking about maybe picking up a twelver sometime.
