I'm proud of it :)

WOW! Great basses everyone!
I originally intended this thread to be for only dark wood fretboards but I see that some of you have posted your black n' maples. That's cool with me, since I am in the Black n' Maple club lol.

By the way, that Ric is amazing!

how do you like your twelver? I always thought that thing looked really cool. I was thinking about maybe picking up a twelver sometime. :D

sorry I didn't have anything to contribute. :ninja:

I love it!
Although I have nicknamed it "The Beast" because of the weight. This bass only costed me around $600 bucks. You definitely get a lot of bass for the money.

I see a lot of threads started about bass color schemes.
My favorite style basses are typically all black basses. Rosewood or ebony fretboards, painted necks, painted headstocks, black hardware, etc. The more black the bass has on it, the better.

Posting pics of basses with black paint with metal flakes, transparent black finish, maple necks, natural headstocks and chrome/gold hardware is cool too.
Just no maple fretboards please.

Join the dark side! Post your pics!

Here are a some of my basses.

well how much more black could it be?

I recently pulled all of the stickers off of my Ibanez and the only thing left on that bass that isn't black are the frets. I was thinking about putting the DR Black Beauties on that bass as well.
