I've got a couple, but one has a maple neck and the other a white scratchplate, so I dunno if they qualify...
On page 2, OP said black & maple was o.k. Run with it.

Man, I really dig the black Yamaha BB series (obviously, having the BB415). I got mine less than a year ago used in trade from a fellow TB'er. I had one a long time ago and I can't imagine ever parting with this one now. It has the most tonal variety of any bass I've ever owned (including actives, this being a passive bass). Mine had the switch swapped out for a tone control with the others being volume controls, one for each pickup.

Always dig seeing more pics of Yammies.
Sweet. I love seeing pics of Yammies too. Besides yours having chrome trim and mine having gold/brass do you know what the differences are between the two? I couldn't be sure from your pic but is yours a bolt-on, whlie mine is neck-thru. Anything else besides that, Electronics, pups?
my only black bass

I don't know what it is with this bass but it looks like if you met it in a dark alley, it will punch you in the face with brass knuckles, knock your teeth out, kick you in the stomach when you are down on the dirty rat infested ground then laugh at your sorry ass when it walks away chugging a 5th of Jack.
~ Love it
