It was rumored to have been built for Geezer Butler but I don’t believe that story.
Most likely a fabrication by the seller

That's a gorgeous instrument.
Being "built for" Geezer Butler, and being "owned by and played by" Geezer Butler are two different things.
My trusty P Bass that I've had for the past 7 years:
It has no paint on it anywhere and, up until last summer, it didn't have any plastic on it either as the original pickguard was maple. Lollipop tuners, EMG GZR-P pickup, La Bella LTF strings, '62 Jazz neck with Pau Ferro fretboard . . .
