I'm coming round to really liking those Bongo basses, they're odd looking but cool. What are they like to play?

Simply put, they are great tools, the one here is the best bass I've ever owned, period.
I especielly like the 2pu Bongo for it's ability to sit in the mix, I string this one with DR Legends (flats) and record with all controls set at center, execept volume.
Neck has a great shape and size, 17,5 mm at the bridge works for me, and the whole build just screams "solid".
Looks are a divider, sure, but that is all good as the Bongo will never be another SR5.
