Anything that turns heads. If you have a custom pickguard with a picture of your mom on it, post that. If you skinned a cow and made a pickguard outta that, post it!

masking tape, exacto knife, and black spray paint. voila. a much cooler bass.

just be glad nobody's posted a plain sunburst p-bass with a normal tortoise pick guard like what happens in every other "post your special/rare/sexy/favorite/most wanted bass" thread.
