I've never owned a CAR bass - but would be tempted for a vintage J that looked like that!

That's interesting they masked off the neck for a natural finish but the body is a color. I guess the owner went with a giant hunk of bridge to go with the monster hunk of nut. It's an intriguing bass.

What a beauty. Until recently I never cared much for CAR, but with finishes like this and more so like the Melody Maker, it's really help change my mind about the color.
