I don't have pics and wouldn't know how to post them anyway. But I have a Taylor 355ce 12-string that gets more playing time than my bass many weeks. I have a '88 or '89 (I forget) Fender MIJ Strat that I have modified extensively. And I have a Hamer import Archtop that will be modified somewhat. I am waiting on a set of WCR Goodwoods and a TonePros bridge and tailpiece. Oh yeah I also have a Charvel cutaway Dreadnaught somewhere around here. But I haven't played it since the day I got my Taylor.

Yes I think of myself as mainly a bass player, but I have more guitars than basses.

You can also see my guitar rig. Its a pre '77 Ampeg V4 into a Mesa Boogie Roadking 4x12. I use it with a THD Hotplate so I can crank the V4, which is already obscenely loud for a 100 Watt head and doesnt have master volume controls, so that I can control my sound with my guitar's volume controls, and so I dont blow off my bandmates heads while still getting the most out of that amp.

Its a Stetsbar trem which requires no modifications to almost any guitar with a stopbar tailpiece. They dont mention that you need to trim the pickgaurd on certain guitars like my Explorer, but otherwise its great. Real smooth with lots of range and it does a good job of maintaining that sustain you get a Gibson for.

I play an Avalon acoustic-electric. Sweet, sweet guitar. Cedar top, Rosewood sides and back, ebony board. Hand-made in Ireland. I think it is serial number 361 or something like that. These guitars don't get a lot of attention yet, but they should.

Beater is an Epiphone that I'm not even sure of the model. It's the one that sits out on a stand and travels with me.

Me? I play an Ibanez Artwood acoustic, everyone who plays it loves it, and everyone who hears it falls in love. Better than a lot of Martin's I've played, so I know I gotta good one

As far as electrics go, I have my brother's 2000 Fender American Standard Strat and Peavey Classic 30 until he decides he wants them back.

I have an SX Fat Strat guitar, which has served me very well.

Those who arn't hip to Avant-garde techniques should probably look away.

I wanted to travel light that day, so I only brought a delay pedal and a Digitech distortion pedal (Now replaced by a big muff pi). The amp in the background is a 80s Peavey Bandit 112. I also own a red Ovation Celebrity shallow bowl acoustic.

I LOVE those Alvarez Yairi 9-strings! I wanted one of those for a while.

A luthier I know has a few pieces that he doesn't really want to sell. I think he takes a perverse glee out of letting people see them and then saying "But you can't have that one." Two of the 'Look how cool this one is.' axes are an acoustic that was sold to Muddy Waters(He has the original Gibson receipt made out to Muddy's real name.) and the (alleged)prototype Alvarez Yairi 9-string.

I saw a couple of the 9-strings in the '80's that didn't amaze me. This one truly did.

I had wanted something with that 12-string jingle-jangle sound. But whenever I played most 12-strings out there, I sucked. They were good for someone who mostly strums with a pick. Not so much for a habitual fingerpicker(like me.) The (alleged) prototype was the first multicourse(paired strings) guitar I ever picked up and immediately sounded really good on. I wanted it bad. He isn't selling.

Then I found my Taylor. Taylor makes the best 12-string out there. I will never regret buying it.
