Show Your Love For 15's - Post Those Cab Pics!

Fender Super Bassman & two Fender Bassman Neo 115 cabs

Mr. Bowlus,
Very nice, the NV215 is my all time favorite cab.
But that Trace Elliot 2x15 looks very cool. How does it sound?

It is really fantastic. Full, but tight, and more full-range than you'd expect. You can tune it quite a bit (especially in the deep lows and low-mids) by "plugging" one or more of the ports.

Hmm... perhaps I need to do a 2x15 shootout...? :smug:

Love the Mills. It's crystal clear tone - awesome for pedals. I haven't gigged it, it pretty much lives in my rehearsal space/studio, but I can tell ya, it sounds way better than the Orange 15" cab. Deeper lows and higher highs. The Orange kind of "honks" compared to it.

Here's a pic of my Orange for the thread. Don't get me wrong, she ain't no slouch either :)

Here's my Hartke VX215, original drivers removed, put in a pair of delta 15a's, cut the tweeters wired.

Next steps might be: paint the tweeter black, remove the crossover, lowpass the lower speaker at about 500htz, chrome corners and marshall style handles. cheap but good cab. all bought used, about 200-250€ all in all.

I'm also in the process of building a pair of tl606 and I will receive a pair of 80's tl cabs (rat fut, heavy) within the next days for 50 bucks.
