Very cool, but one problem - if he starts out with that rig and bass, what's he gonna do for GAS as he gets older? A guy's gotta have room for GAS or else he ends up spending all his money on girlie stuff the wife wants.

how does the 410HE compare to the 810? The 410 is sealed too right?

Its not too "doomy" but here's a picture of my stage rig which ocassionally has an 18" sitting under the 4x10. Equipment list from top down: ADA MB-1 bass preamp > Alesis 3630 compressor > Crest FA601 power amp > Alumabass 4x10 (I replaced the upper left blown driver with an 10" Eminence which has an extended high frequency range)
