And here's my sister-in-law (mother of my niece)'s dog, Coco. He's about 12 and slowing down; he tolerates Denzel when they're together.

Big Anatolian shepherd. And, probably, somewhat short guy.
Funny story - our first Anatolian (back in the 90's) was a pretty big girl - about 130 lbs. We had a 5 foot wooden fence on one side of the yard, and Beka could stand with her paws on tip and head and neck above the fence. And our neighbor on that side was *really* amazed at how big a dog we had... which made even more sense when we went over to her house for some backyard event and realized that there was a 1 foot drop at the property line where the fence was - so on her side it was a 6 foot fence that this dog was towering over...
She was a Good Girl. Here she is with some baby goats. She loved her herd...

Otto is home! Which makes it a wonderful Xmas day.
He had his double surgery (mass removed from his throat - you can see how shaved he is) and the TPLO surgery to rebuild his knee. He's gonna rest a lot now.
