Who did the original stripes paint job?


No paint ... the is all tape and stickers.

I once bought a bass at a car boot (I think it was £25) which was covered in stickers - even the neck.
It took me ages to get them all off.
In the process I rubbed off the "Tanglewood" name on the body.
I sold it to someone and they came back to me afterwards concerned that it wasn't genuine.

Only one of my basses has any stickers.

These are all ensignias of the towns of my ancestors.

The one with the eagle is for L'Aquila, Abruzzi Italy.

The green one is for Merklingen, Stuttgart Germany.

The duck is from Munster bie Darmstadt Hessen Germany.

The wreath is from Mugano Napoli Italy.
