Nice build so far, and nice carpet. I've got that MXR bass compressor and like it a lot. It's pretty much always on for me.

They actually fit, the apparent overhang is just a camera thing. Otherwise it wouldn't be 'tidy' would it?

There’s something about organizing a clean and functional pedalboard that soothes the soul. I’m pretty tidy but looking at it I think I should switch the always on compressor with the enhanced overdrive so I don’t kick my b3k settings. Off to handle that!

Latest version, I tightened the pedal spacing on the Nano+ to make room for the Boss SY-1. Next to the Polytune there's yet room for the next upgrade, an Aguilar DB 925 preamp when those will arrive at the local Aguilar dealer. The power supply is a Cioks DC5 mounted under the board.

Brothers and Sistas, this thread is pure filth, bass porn. I’d wager guitarists don’t have ‘tidy pedalboard’ threads on their forums. This sort of stuff is part of our DNA, it’s a way of life.

Swapped the Alpha Omega Ultra for a Vintage Deluxe V1, SYB-5 added mostly for fun, but you never know...
Underside still needs some rearrangement.
For those who care about it, the two pedals hidden under the board are a Joyo Orange Juice (sweeeet breakup, always on) and a Bright Switch (used as a 9v-to-5v converter) which powers the battery charger for the Shure unit.

Different tone flavours to choose from- the Aguilar is very neutral and doesn't colour the tone much. The Cali76 gives a nice punch to the low mids and the HPF control let's me dial in more uncompressed lows to my tone. I don't run both comps at the same time.

Interesting - I've often thought about that sort of set-up - nice to hear it from someone who uses it - cheers!

This is mine. Going to ditch the Attack Decay because I get everything I want from the Superego+. Hard to decide on something to compliment the board. Wanted a Mel9 to work, but’s it’s too hit or miss.

Tuner> comp> LS2. >Front of amp> Amp Send to Grand Canyon> Oceans 12> QStrip> Amp Return

LS2A Send> C4, Attack Decay> Pitchfork(w exp ped)> Aftershock>LS2A return

LS2B loop> Superego+ (with exp pedal, metal muff in effects loop)

I can also plug the LS2 output directly into the Grand Canyon input if I want to skip the amp’s effects loop, then plug the QStrip into the front of the amp.

Hey how do you like the sound with the sansamp last? I noticed that my compressor kind took some of the amazingness off the sansamp. It is very likely I have my setting wrong on my compressor.

I no longer have the BDDI v2, and am using the VT Bass DI these days... The BDDI v2 is great in its own right, and I'd go back to it if I didn't have the VT Bass DI.

This LS-2 might be the most underrated pedal available... This sucker has resolved so many dilemmas I had creating tones. I've only had a few days with it so far and the possibilities are so endless. I'm actually looking at getting a second one to put some more flavors on tap.

Right now I'm using my GT1B mainly for deep clean tone and Para EQ then mixing it with my dirt and the noise gate on the M80 and the low end retention is absolutely glorious.
