Heres the Guild Pilot with kahler tremelo I just aquired.

why add a tremolo to a fretless? the neck in itself does everything that a trem would do. just seems like a way to make the bass heavier for no reason.

the first production frettless had no stinking lines,
and used upright bass strings!
here's mine SN# 1221 from '68.

This is my "bastard bass".

Used to be a right-handed squire p-bass. Cut the horn off of it, created a cavity on the opposite side, too much to tell here.Ended up finding an ESP jazz neck.
