Built my daughters the other day and went to build mine and noticed that the Indy hollows don’t have the same bolt pattern. Fail. New trucks came today.

It was my self-defined identity for about a decade & change from when I started skating in junior high.
Many moons ago, around my mid 20s, I realized that I was too old & bailing hurt too much . Still have a couple of my old boards for sentimental hoarding reasons, but even landing modest ollies cleanly for ~ 20 minutes or so had me recovering for a couple days when I last used one of them ~ 6 or 7 years ago:

Never too old my friend.
I don't do 8 stairs 180 backside anymore but I still cruise around as often as possible.
Skating is has been such a huge influence on my life.
Those well worn Indi trucks are dope!!!
Smack some soft cruiser wheels on those and ride.
I’m so busted up I can barely ollie straight. (Surgery on a knee, scar tissue etc.....)
But I can still kick push....will till I die.
Last year I tried for the one last time to go to the skate park.
I slammed hard on a simple kick flip to fakie on a tansition. Huge bruised hip and lots of blood from my knees (as usual).
I called it quits on skateparks forever.

Mcgill Powell is awesome, I’d never ride one. My ultimate phobia, a deck with not enough nose.....afraid I would have my foot too far forward and slam teeth first.
I had kinda transitioned over to backpacking/hiking, mountain biking & kayak fishing in the summer / skiing in the winter for the exercise & adrenalin sources but unfortunately haven't been able to manage any of it w/ regularity for the past 5 years or so, there's just never enough time for everything... The most dependable exercise I usually get any more is hauling amps/instruments/too big of pedalboards up & down the stairs 
My hollows have 4 holes and the regular 169s have 6. The hollows don’t match the deck.
Yeah...those throw back vintage decks have the "old" bolt pattern.
That's why 159 and 169 forged regs have the 6 bolt pattern to fit both old and new decks.

Man, COVID must be really disrupting wheel supplies across the board - now that I have those 85mm monstrosities on my Pranayama, I was looking into some nice freeride wheels to set up one of my other boards - something like Powell Peralta Snakes or O'tang Kilmers. Every time I land on a set that I find interesting: out of stock. 
Oh well, I guess I'll just have to be patient.
In other news, I've already put a number of miles on the new board. Not as many as I would have if I hadn't wanted to spend most of the day with the family, but this is a shot from one of the trails essentially in my (mostly flat) back yard.

I wanna buy two sets of powell rat bones but I can only find em in the USA......exchange rate sux.....plus them getting here is long.....
Still waiting on some wheels for my kids for over 2 weeks.

Got the same set in 66mm.
Very good wheels. But they are a #:##,$ to shred. Powells are my favs. I want some rat bones but they are only available in the states. 3 weeks and still haven't got the wheels for my girls board. Starting to think i should have drove there to get them......7 day drive is shorter than 3 weeks.
Hope you aren't a heavy guy cuz they are pretty soft at 75a.
Yeah, I was thinking of you, as I saw some in stock, but it's all in small local shops.
I'm at 160. I don't know what that qualifies as, but... we'll see! I've heard all the hype and have been itching to try them for some time, but I was waiting on my new board to come in before I converted one of my others. Regardless, I'm excited to test them out.
My mind loved the adrenaline but my body could never adapt to the sport

Landed premo and one of the axel threads are too busted up to screw the wheel back on. (Yes I tried a rethread tool but the axis is bent also)

Old fart update:
15 mins into my skate park session.
Sprained ankle.....(old and busted up I am)
I was stupid. Set up an old deck with crap grip. Ollie over a little tranny pyramid, foot went too far and landed in front of my deck. Crunch!!!!!
