I was sick as a dog and home yesterday. Turned on my 'puter and logged into steam . . . DL completed at 10 am. The next thing I know it's 11 at night, my 1hander, blocking armored like a turtle Redguard is kicking all butt especially since he can now make his own steel armor and enchant it. His trusty Orc weapons are (fine) enchanted and nasty!

This game is the devil.

Trust me I've stuck it out in RPGs much more frustrating than this could ever be.

Well, I'm the head of the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood, have 8 Shouts, and have maxed out One-Handed, Lockpick, and Speech. Perhaps I should do the main quest at some poi-OH SNAP MORE SIDE QUESTS!

My good heavy weapons character got deleted, so I started over with a destruction mage. I was making my way up to High Hrothgar, and got to the part a little before the Frost Troll, and a Frost dragon shows up. It was not fun at all.

Just suffered from one of Elder Scrolls' famous game-ending glitches. Guess who has to start from an old save (and thus losing about 6 hours worth of progress). Sigh...

Level 30 with 50 hours played.

The game is visually amazing and super entertaining. Time seems to slip away from you when you are roaming the vast terrains of Skyrim! So much to do to keep a player busy for hundreds of hours.

Rented Skyrim last night from Red Box, to get some demo time in to see if I liked it cuz my girlfriend wants to get it for me for Xmas. 6 hours in last night, can't wait to go home and get some more hours in... I dont know how I'm gonna return it and wait a month to jump back in.

Dunno, I'm a dual wielding Nord assassin. The only pet I have is Shadowmere and it's all I need.

Skyrim has ravaged my social life for the past two weeks. It's amazing, but I have to say it's a totally different game from Oblivion. It's hard to believe it's Elder Scrolls at all sometimes. Ah well, who am I to question the blessings of the almighty Bethesda?
