Leveled destruction waaay too high, now the awesome-sauce fire spell (big-boy single target fire attack) takes like all my magicka. I guess I should stop poking into every dungeon I find and start following the main quest.
Have yet to do companions, thieves guild and dark brotherhood too. Going to do it with a friend over christmas, just like we played Oblivion together for three nights straight a few years ago.
Other than that, The White Phail quest, or some related name, from the alchemist in Whindhelm had a really disappointing end. I thought he'd drink it and die, but then the cake was stolen from me.
Played for 25 hours so far, only been to four major cities. And I suspect in the half of the world I have been traveling in, the eastern side, I've only found about half of the ruins, forts, mines, caves, cabins, smuggler's dens, towers, shrines, dungeons, towns, mills, farms, inns, manors, camps and whatever else there might be.
Oh, and the Labyrinthian-questline is the shizzle. And I found this mad mage on some desolate island north of the college of winterhold. He told me he'd found a dwemer artifact with an Elder Scroll inside. Gonna be fun to find out if the big lockbox that needs opening only dishes out death, or if it actually contains something cool!
