SKYRIM!!!!!

I named my character "Kerbasi" because he's an Imperial which made me think of him being sort of Mediterranean. So then I thought a Basque name might be cool and discovered that "Kerbasi" is a Basque name meaning "warrior."

"Haans Fraupounder" is amazingly hilarious.

My friend Chris made a Khajiit named "Christopurr Walken." What a dork. :rollno:

I haven't been able to play much, mostly because I've been working on Batman, but also because the game keeps crashing on me since patch 1.3. I can play about 20 or 30 minutes between crashes. Really irritating.

Unfortunately, I have to wait until New Year's to get the game, and even then, I'm torn on whether to get this or Arkaham City first. Considering all the reports I've heard with technical issues with the game (PS3 BTW), I may wait another month to see if maybe those might get fixed.

Just got my Dragon Armor (Light). Pretty beautiful thing but I think I will switch to Deadric Armor (Heavy) again when I find some Deadric Hearts... Have "skilled" Heavy Armor all the time but actually wanted to use Light... Well, C'est la vie...

Haans, my Nord battle tank has finally become the brute I had pictured all along and he has a bit to go.

I finally got 100 Smithing and have outfitted him with Daedric armor and weapons with the masque of Clavicus Vile which looks wicked. Two handed is well leveled up and 1 handed with blocking is getting there. I've done a bit of dual wielding and really dig it. 2 weapons with absorb health makes you unstoppable!! I'm not really much of a magic user but am heavily going toward enchanting.

My sneaky guy was uber deadly but there's something totally satisfying about wading in balls deep and totally crushing everything in front of you. I'm a bit vulnerable to mages still but I'll enchant me some magic resistant armor and it'll be all good. As it stands I just sprint toward them and chop em up. I'm a dork.....

A Nord who uses a double handed battleaxe...Who wears light armor and sneaks around a lot? Kind of a strange character, but it works for me.


I found that the guild quests lacked in length. However, I found that the Dark Brotherhood, though short, was absolutely amazing! Brilliant quest line!

My daughter & my wife are making Skyrim inspired Fleece hats & selling them on Etsy.

My daughter designs them & my wife does the sewing. It takes about 4 hours to make each hat. The whole hat thing came out of my daughters high school economics class where they were supposed to start a business.

My daughter in the pictures looks so happy because my wife had to drag her off the game to take the pictures. They are thinking of making a dragon mask as well.
