I used a GK400RB for every club gig I played for 5 years. I don't think I ever had it passed 2:00, through a 4ohm cab with 2 15" JBL D130's.

Small bar gigs .. 200W enough for stage volume?!

I like a deep clean tone with a ton of punch, and most times I would feel under gunned with 200 watts. There is plenty of light weight stuff with oodles of power out there. I have a 900 watt head that weighs 2 pounds, matching 2x12 cab 40 pounds (Tecamp stuff). Sounds great at small gigs and the big ones too.
I saw a guy in Fredericksburg, TX a couple weeks ago playing through a small but hefty-sounding Aguilar rig. I don't recall which models they were but it was fairly new gear and he just grabbed a bottom in each hand and strolled out like he was carrying a bunch of flowers. The head was along the line of one my heads, a Genz-Benz Streamliner 900... It must have weighed 10 lbs or thereabouts. Aguilar can be a bit pricey, of course.
I will say my GB head is about 7lbs as I recall and the Focus cabs are very light, less than 35 lbs each I do believe. One is a 2 x 10, the other a 1 x 15.
Years ago I played at a skating rink using a Sunn Concert Bass head (200 watts) through and Ampeg V9 cab and had no problem being heard with 2 guitarists.
Chef, Jimmy and Rip pretty much nailed it for yah. Wattage is EXTREMELY deceptive. And I agree with what other's have stated about 12's. Wish you the best.

Weren't the D130F speakers guitar speakers and the D140F's were specifically bass speakers? Voice coil on the 130 was aluminum and the D140 used copper windings. Biggest difference was the presence of concentric rings inside the cone of the D140F that both made it heavier and more resistant to break-ups. If I recall correctly, you could even have a D130F re-coned as a D140F because everything else was the same.
Ya, most D130's that are reconed have D140 specs. The guitar/bass thing, though...not really sure about that since a lot of people used them interchangeably.
Depends on a number of factors including the cabinet being used. IMO 200 watts running through a 212 or a 410 would be adequate for small to medium sized gigs. The same probably applies to most 210's.
It should be more than enough. I use a 2x6" 100w and was put against a really loud metal drummer....I had to lower the volume...
But look for a 2xX" (2x6", 2x8", 2x10") configuration. It´s way more effective than a single driver.

I use a 200w Peavey max 112 no problem hearing myself on stage
in small bar gigs. I also running direct out to the PA for med to large gigs more than enough and my drummer let's say plays with enthusiasm

Yes that will be enough power ... I have a B2r and I also use the B3 which has even less power and I turn it up to 3 and it is loud enough.
The amp is fine; but, I have had some mixed results with 210 cabs when I have used them. Many do not have enough heft for my purposes, especially trying to push a rock brand in a bar, FOH or not. I would personally look for a different lighter cab solution, maybe a 212.
This basically doesn't mean nothing. It depends on the input signal that the amp receives at the input stage. The amp can be at 3 and can run at max output power.
I am not gigging as much now- but when I did I played many gigs with a GKMB200 head- 1 210, and 112 cabs. Both cabs were 30lbs or less.
It ain't the watts its mostly the speaker. I would gig 2 12" cabinets with a 200 or 250 watt head any time. But I don't play with volume 'tards. (anymore)
