Seriously, I would look into jamming the signal or even finding a way to control that sucker. That would be the white collar way of handling it. You'd never even get a slap on the wrist. Blowing it out of the sky with a shotgun on the other hand will land you in jail. Go the white collar way.

That makes sense. The FAA already restricts real full size aircraft to a minimum of 2000 feet above the highest terrain when flying over any national park. It's good to see drone restrictions apply in Yosemite too.- Please excuse if this has already been posted -
