Yeah, but unless the kid was the ******* of the millennium and they could produce any witnesses there´s no way he could have been convicted. Right?

anything you do today can be misconstrued as sexually offensive......well not anything, but a lot.
It's a good thing we have heavily enforced laws in place to prevent 14 year olds from accessing pornography. Otherwise I don't know how we would cope.

Oh god yes. I'm not saying that the police officer should allow the 14 year old to keep the porn, but I don't know anyone who hasn't seen something by age 14. I think I was a pretty regular porno browser by then. Anyone remember looking at pics with the old modems? There's her hair... ok I think that's her face... yeah... waiting... neck... oh I think I see something! Is that a... I see something! Oh my... ! Wait, who's that? And who are those other guys - whoah.
Not to sound like one of those uptight folks who say today's drugs are far more dangerous and potent than the 60s (bad justification!), but today's porn certainly is! If I had been exposed to Two Girls One Cup at age 12, I might be a very different person today. Try explaining that one to your kids if they are misfortunate enough to come across it. I'm seriously wondering if it'd be safer to provide every 13 year old boy access to a relatively tame porno site. I know I had some pretty radical adventures at that age, trying to find porno.

You guys are missing hte point. Since KST works in a pron store he is clearly a pervert, a deviant, and probably a criminal. The cop was just trying to do society a favor by coming up with something on this miscreant
