Yep, the original Ampeg bass amp. I’ve only seen on in the flesh before, that was almost 40 years ago.
So was the ‘phono’ input/channel intended as a rough equivalent to an auxiliary in?
Fantastic amp! I'm not any sort of collector, but that's awesome.
To address @Lowbrow's question: The phono channel would have had a lot of gain, like a mic or instrument input, but would have had some sort of 'de-emphasis' (equalization) curve implemented to compensate for the 'pre-emphasis' used on disc recordings. Whether that is the now standard RIAA equalization curve isn't necessarily a given with a piece of this vintage.

At a guess its an input for a record player - phono was how such were usually labelled IIRC, over here at least. So yes.
Paul Tutmarc of AudioVox in Seattle created a bass amp and bass guitar in 1935.
