So I did a search on Craigslist....

I've already prepared myself. I'll post lots of pictures when I get it. I'm not entirely concerned about robbery, it's on the good side of town. I'm still worried about it, though.

Danville only has one side. Take a buddy with you. It may not save your skin if attacked but you can lateral-off to him before you get knocked on your a**.

yeah but i have scored a free piano too, everyones grandma has a piano that got passed down that the grandkids want out of their house. that's how i got mine. i think there are a lot fewer people that have grandmothers that play rics.

The story is that she was given a brand new 4003 a week ago and has a collection of 5 so, she said that's the reason why. I'm still not 100% on this.

This post spoiled it for me.. I mean, even if she has 5, whos senseless enough to give away a $1500 bass? I have heard of donation basses, heck, I gave one away myself, but it was vauled at about 1/10 that price.

Yeah if she already has "5 or so" then she would know exactly what they are worth and wouldn't be giving one away for free.

If you do decide to go through with meeting "her" leave everything of value at home cell phone, wallet etc. If its free you shouldn't need any of that anyway.
