Some random observations from here on the earth

My raingear leaked today. Which means I'm wet in embarrassing and uncomfortable places. I don't mind. The alternative was driving the van, and I would a whole lot rather be embarrassed and ride the motorcycle than stay dry and drive the van.
 
More people think that being a music student is awesome, rather than a waste of time.
Parking meters are behaving erratically. I saw a car in the street about a fortnight ago with a note stuck to it saying "I paid $x for x minutes, but the meter didn't print my ticket". I thought it was hilarious until it happened to me. Then there were two cars in the street with notes stuck to them...
The weather is trying its best to fool everyone.
Ebola is more humorous than scary for most people I interact with.

Made a quick trip to Arizona State U. the other day. The parking meters were clearly marked that any cars parked at broken meters would be ticketed!
