It looks like it was left out in the weather just a bit! What an awesome find! Take all the tolex off and spray it with Flex Seal! I wonder if anyone has tried that?

edit: Just looked it up. Me and google are good again. I think it is very close if memory serves. I'm at work, but I'll check when I get home. Maybe a thin skin across the whole front to cover all the ports and new speakers?
