I can't believe he missed that one.But....which _______ is best for metal???
Lmfao! Here’s one: you start a thread in Off Topic and the mods shut it down because it was getting off topic.
That sounds like a cool place.I used to love @armyadarkness 's sarcastic thread. At least we got to talk about beer![]()
It was lots of funThat sounds like a cool place.
It doesn’t stress me at all. That whole list took about ten to fifteen minutes to compile an some of that was sorting.IMHO, you would be a lot less stressed if you stopped keeping lists of all the inane things that get on your nerves. Perhaps a break will be good for your soul.

There isn’t a single topic that won’t offend someone. I think back to a review of The Carpenters in Stereo Review magazine in the 1970s. The reviewer called them, “Industrial strength Preparation H.”So do you have any ideas for threads that won't cause heartburn?
All open forums are populated by newcomers who are disinclined to browse awhile or to search before posting. TB is no exception. There are always new visitors, which is a good thing. New people will ask the same dumb questions (There Are No Dumb Questions!) all the other new people asked. And there are always going to be individuals who don't know what they're talking about, and they are usually obvious, so, you know, take it easy.
Somebody’s got to be too busy to participate in gossip!I would love to hear from touring musicians
Refer to word #2 in the OP.You need to swing by Off Topic. Your list is very incomplete.![]()
Refer to post #8.I can't believe he missed that one.
Sometimes when there is booze there is fighting. Was everybody happy there?.It was lots of fun

Maybe the content took up too many megabytes and slowed the other threads down.Nope. Just good times had by all that wanted to be there.
Made some good friends in that room.
I’m still not sure why it got shut down. Good people having good times talking off topic things in an off topic forum
Need a break from Talkbass because you can’t stand discussions about that list of topics?
What would happen if you ever witness a child suffering from malnutrition eating garbage, or some guy killing an elephant just for fun?
I would also suggest a break, but please make sure you use the time to go out and experience the extremes of life for a while.
Holy smokes!.
