"Adagio for Strings" by Samuel Barber,..does not make me cry but does roll in the emotions. This has been played in many movies, "Platoon" played it when Sheen landed in Vietman and when Sgt. Elias was shot down by Vietkong after Sgt. Barnes lied about his death.

Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone) when I played it at my fathers funeral. I have a hard time still playing that at Church when it comes up from time to time.

For me it'd have to be "Death is the Road To Awe" - played by the Kronos Quartet (possibly with Mogwai). Particularly love the buildup and subsequent crescendo around 7:35. Of course, I'm sure the imagery from the movie helped, but still a great piece.
