That's not a Chapman stick, that's the drummer, Jerry Marotta, playing on Tony Levin's strings with drumsticks, which lead him to develop the "Funk Fingers" (sticks strapped to his fingers). The credits read: "Jerry Marotta, Tony Levin - drumstick bass". Link Removed
