I need to improve my ability to play octaves, so I've been playing the main riff to Bulls On Parade to a drum machine that speeds up over time. Great practice, but the riff gets boring after awhile. Any other songs you can think of that have an octave riff for the main part of the song? TIA

Indeed it does. Oh, so boring. It helps me to think of it as one of those arcane Zen excercises in simplicity; easy to perform, but progressively more difficult to maintain one's je ne sais qua.
