For me, almost any "music" (and I use the term music VERY loosely) in the charts at the present moment, that was made with no musical talent whatsoever. The majority of musical artists at the moment can barely sing, and I'm sure you could count the number of actual "Musicians" in todays Top 10 on the thumbs of one hand...
NOTE: I haven't checked, i may be wrong. I am from the UK though, so I highly doubt that...
I always say I will listen to any "music which takes talent to make." I wont always like it, but I will at least listen before drawing an opinion. I wouldn't say there's one proper genre (i.e. talent-taking) I can completely blanket as BS in my book, but there are some I like more than others.
Since the majority of posters here are from the States no mentions have previously been made of "Tinchy Stryder" "JLS" or "Chipmunk" (to name but a few) I hope and pray that these abominations are yet to reach your side of the pond. Believe me, your not missing much!

(1)Cuntry,Cuntry & Western,Modern Cuntry,old-school cuntry.(I love life!!I DO NOT,I REPEAT(!!),I DO NOT need to cry in my beer,or whiskey,in my case,and slash my wrist,from getting depressed from all the sad songs.)Besides,cuntry music is boring to play,IMHO.Yes.I've tried just about every "challenging" country tune out there,at one time or another over the years.Our band plays cuntry.....Just....J-U-S-T enuff to shut the crowds pie-holes.IMO,It's a V-E-R-Y boring,repetitive style of music (IMHO) to play,for a bassist.(And,YES!!I've heard Keith Horn!!!)
(2)Rap!!!!!I CANNOT tolerate listening to rap.Now,"The Chronic",by Dr.Dre.Also,SOME stuff by Snoop.M&M??GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR!!!GREAT LYRICS!!!Also,he DOES NOT give a rat's ass about what he says with his!!That,my friends,is a Rock & Roll attitude.That's one of the reasons I dig his stuff.
O.K.I admit it.I simply LOVE "Rapper's DeLight".(Gee...Maybe it's because Doug Wimbish played on that track!!)G-R-E-A-T BASS LINE!!

Since I never heard of the ones you mentioned here, I thought I would check them out. All three are awful with no talent. I would rather listen to Alvin & The Chipmunks. That Chipmunk guy can't even speak. He says Frwee for the word Three.

Just in case you are not sure. The actual name of the song is The Electric Boogie by Marcia Griffiths and the name of the dance is the Electric Slide.
