I got as much as I could in one demo. I might go back and shoot followups later on if I have time.

Does anyone know if this thing can do a semi-close OC-2 type sub-octave? I was thinking of getting a 3leaf octabvre mini but if this can get close (plus do a ton more) it's intriguing. After all I love my Collider for guitar.

Yeah, it does a good OC-2. In fact, that’s one of the presets it comes with.

Both the Spectrum and the C4 offer excellent OC2 emulations as well as many other pedals plus the opportunity to personalize those sounds by adding additional effects.

I am in a similar position. I haven't even opened my C4 yet! I know I have a lot of specific sounds I will be going for, which are mostly synth bass or keyboard bass. I am not as interested to experiment with interesting sounds as to just be able to get the ones I know it can probably do for the songs and bands I am playing it with.

Yarp...totally nails it. Along with pretty close emulations of just about every filter ever made. And then there's the synth....the FM synth....and the step sequencer....and the list goes on and on....

Use the Processor Pan control and route all of your wet signals to the mixer on output 1.
Use the Processor Pan to route the dry signal directly to output 2.

This will limit you to 3 wet voices, but that is OK for most people.

You will need to have something between the MC6 and the C4. Either our Neuro Hub, or I believe the micro gHost. But you may want to hear from others who are using the gHost about how easy that path is. The Neuro Hub makes it easy.

Micro ghost will work, as well as hub. Micro ghost will take a midi cable from the mc6, and then a usb cable from it to the c4.
Hub is similar except instead of a usb cable you’ll use the TRRS cable to the 1/8” jack.
Either case, the hub and/or micro ghost should be first after the mc6 for best results.

I remember years ago it used to be 15 minutes. A lot of videos would be split into Part 1, Part 2 etc.

If there is a limit now, based on videos I’ve seen I’d say it’s probably 24 hours. There’s no shortage of ‘x looped for 10 hours’ type videos.

I'm very happy to report, I understood essentially everything in this here highly in-depth review :D:D including the 6-pole low-pass filter! Thank you!!

This pedal is comparable to the abilities of my Alesis Micron synthesizer (3-oscillator, 8-voice analog modeling synth with 12-slot virtual modular patch bay, two filters, three envelopes, some onboard FX, no FM, nothing more than filtering/envelope control of inputs), with respect to the size difference and purpose of each. And the Alesis is a whole-ass keyboard vs a pedal smaller than my phone.

Finally: the Pony patch is DEFINITELY getting burned in soon as my pedal arrives lmao
