Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

Parameter tweaking question (I've got a lot to learn, and some real studying to do when I can wrangle time)...
There's a nice sounding patch for the C4, but the tracking is for poop.
What parameters would help me improve that? In this case it misses notes fairly regularly.

Take a look at the envelope section, also be sure your input sensitivity is set for the patch first. Different envelopes can effect faster playing and nuances.

A good Cab and Amp Sim with bigger sound would be a great released. for 8th October.
From something truely vintage to most modern metal. With Mics placement !!!

And some more presets (via Hub ?) on the programmable EQ for extreme sounds with a little comp and limiter in the firmware would be a great news. It stays some empty space into, not ?

Thanks for the ideas.
In this case input gain was maxxed. I'm going to do a bit more tweaking to see if I can get a touch more sustain in the notes, which is closer to the original sound. If I can I'll post it.

I'm using my C4 for several synth bass cover tunes. Here are my six presets. My favorites so far are Tim ladave v3.4 (credit thebakerloo) and funk dragon v2 (moishe). Also HC Moog I (stylophone).

Nice, the Funk Dragonfly is really just @nnavarro's Funk Dragon patch tweaked to my liking, i.e. the Saw wave is in the same octave so I can play "normal" bass lines and there's an optional sub-octave level on CTRL2. You can do nice stuff with the Frequency and Sensitivity on this. Thanks Nathan!

It is also interesting that Premier Guitar did not do a very deep and solid review of the C4. I think it boils down the fact that neither PG nor TPS was going to dive into the Mobile or the Desktop. These other pedals offer knob turning and that is what TPS looks for.
As I have noted, part of what I want to accomplish in the new pedal is a Source Audio experience can be really deep and flexible with 98.5% of the controls on the top level. That will not work on all products we do, but the new one really lent itself to going very light on the Neuro aspect. The C4, and I would argue any synth pedal that is really useful, needs to go deep on the Neuro front.

I definitely agree. And appreciate what you do.
C4 is a game changer for me. By that I mean that I am actually exploring sounds and feeling inspired by them to write (which I know a lot of people do, but I never really have) rather than having a song and trying to decide if I want an effected tone on it.

@gregmon79 I've got #37 but need to add the C4, and I've had a Hot Hand since I got the MWBDP, got one with the BEF Pro, too, but it never worked. Didn't really care as I didn't feel I needed two of them.

And put me in the camp hoping Tuesday's release is not a Ventris/Nemesis combo, as I am broke, and do not need such temptations!
