Source Audio Sorcerers Society (S.A.S.S) Part 3

Hey @Gibs210, quick question for you. I posted this a page back, but I keep getting this error when I try to post my C4 preset I created, would you know how I could fix that :)?

I recently got a DMC.micro and have been testing it with some Source Audio stuff. The weirdest thing I've found so far is that when I use it to scroll through Ventris or Nemesis presets, the pedal alternates between bypassed and engaged on each step. For example, with a Nemesis listening on channel 1 and "DevA" set to "NEMS" in the DMC:

If I send A1, the Nemesis switches to preset 1 and turns on.
If I send A2, the Nemesis switches to preset 2 and bypasses.
If I send A3, the Nemesis switches to preset 3 and turns on.
If I send A4, the Nemesis switches to preset 4 and bypasses.

On, off, on, off, on, off, etc.

The dot on the DMC that is supposed to represent the pedal being engaged for DevA remains on throughout. If I long press the left switch on the DMC, it does toggle the dot off and on like it's supposed to, and the pedal to the opposite state. But it's backwards on the even numbered values because the light always starts in an "on" position even though the pedal is bypassing when it receives the even numbered values.

What am I missing? Is this a Source Audio thing or a DMC thing?

Thanks. Looking forward to a hand painted one ;-)
Wasn’t that only because the was a problem with the first batch of C4 housings? Hopefully with the UltraWave, the manufacturing process will go smoothly first time.

@rsmith601 is the same artist who did the C4 and Spectrum designs doing this one too?

I just checked out the gear page thread of the new pedal. That's nuts, it a great way.

You guys are killing it, C4, EQ2 now this????

What's next? A dual channel 10 pitch HOG 2 killer?

I didn't read all of the thread, just the last few pages, I saw no 5 Pin DIN which is explained because of the boards, will it have USB MIDI? I sure hope so.

I know the Reflex is discontinued but I love mine. Any chance of a basic editor for neuro desktop.

Or perhaps one that has one TRRS, one TRS and a bunch of MIDI output channels via DIN and USB. A built in sequencer would be cool too, to get some BEF stuff going on.

oh I didn't know that. I would suggest that a batch of hand painted would be pretty sweet though...

I didn't think it was a problem with the C4 housings, a lot of people wanted the C4 but in the purple color planned for the Spectrum, so they effectively functioned as beta units.

Yes, same artist. We might do a limited release too.

As I recall it was either that the housings in the first run were delayed or defective (so therefore also delayed while new ones were made).
