Thanks, Q. That's kind of what I have been doing, using a PC, loading a scene, then changing settings on the Gemini using the editor. I have a handful of scenes with different AS settings and I want to have the Gemini go to the same sound for each of them. Just seemed like there should be an easier way to copy the settings from one scene and paste them into another. I wonder if I saved the Gemini settings as a preset, would it be easier to then apply /add that preset to an existing scene?

If it’s a preset you use a lot, why not save it directly to the Gemini, then recall that preset from the pedal itself when making scenes?

That could also work.

Wet/dry mix turned all the way in the wrong direction ?
Is ther actyally a reverb algorithm choosen for the patch you are running ?

Wait a minute, you are using it in mono mode.
Check the pan pot setting, if you are using ch 1 and the pan is panned to ch 2, there might be silence.
Yeah I’ll check on that. I’m using headphones and going into an hx stomp so it should be easy to hear what it’s adding if anything at all.

Another few hours playing around with the AfterShock & C4. There's definitely going to be a learning curve and looped there's a few things that change...like your clean mix in works a bit differently. Gain staging of course will be a challenge.

...on thing I did discover is that the clean/clean patch I grabbed from the community isn't really an accurate clean. It was driving me crazy, feeling like I was losing my lows very noticeably...I eventually got to digging in and found that the 'sound of your bass' clean patch was actually pretty well high passed up at something like 90hz. sussing that, I moved to the low shelf and then a/b'ed them until they were actually commensurate...which happened to have some significant boost in the low range (set around 70 hz).

I've read through the manual, but I need to sit down and really READ it. I have a feeling some of the controls that I think I know how they function aren't exactly what I think.

Has anyone managed to get the fx loop working without needing to eq the signal to make it "flat/clean"? really bummed with the current setup... the fx send signal is not the same eq wise as what enters the pedal.

Not sure I’m following, what exactly is going on with the tone when using the fax loop, is it boosting or cutting frequencies?

if you try and use a pedal in the aftershock's fx loop but without any distortion ie set to clean/no distortion, the signal sent out the fx send has a bass cut compared to the bypass tone. it may be more than just a bass cut but it certainly is not at all similar to the bypass sound.

Do you have the dry mix turned up full and the wet mix at minimum (as opposed to simply turning down the drive on the wet signal)? Also, is the EQ set flat?

Try using buffered bypass, not true bypass. Your loop has a buffer in it.

So I don't know if this thread or emailing customer support would be the best place to make a feature request, but I'm wondering if you guys can add functionality to the Soleman that changes the behavior for selecting CC channels per scene.

As it stands, if you want to send to CC channel 100 and aren't plugged into a computer, you have to tap the "next" switch 100 times once you've pressed edit for the appropriate screen. Is there a chance you guys could update the firmware to allow for holding the prev/next switches to scroll CC channels, similar to how the search function in Scene mode works?

@Gibs210 can you note this?
