Here's a cable-spaghetti heavy picture of what's going on on that half of the board. And yeah, Aftershock is placed before the C4, then the C4 will send mono out to the rest of the board... I'll investigate the whole situation today or tomorrow. I think one big thing I was hoping for, which might not be possible, is for the second signal path to work without the SA pedals engaged - so right now, I can just turn the SubT on and use it alone... hopefully there's a way to do the same with the DubT in the #2 chain.

EDIT - ahh I see why that final thought probably won't work... chain #1 with the SubT works just fine because I'm sending the clean signal there already but I'd have to be able to send that clean signal into #2 as well. The MB is sending it's octave sub signal to #2 though... I guess I could make a patch with super light distortion that send "activates" that functionality for the DubT?

Yeah unfortunately I don't think the DubT is likely to track very well with that sub voice feeding it (could be wrong though!). If you are wanting to use the C4 to sum your two paths to one, then you just need to set both of the processor's Mix channels to output to Out 1. My guess is that in bypass you would just lose that Sub channel though as it would be routed to Out 2 (I don't think there is a way to set the C4 to bypass into mono from a stereo signal). You could create a "clean" C4 patch that was just a routing patch with no other effects...

Thanks for all the tips. Currently, the #1 channel is working just fine so I put the DubT there since it's the shiny new toy. I'm not getting any sound from the #2 channel so that's the first issue to solve. Might have to wait since playing with the new pedal is too much fun.

At the least, I think you'll have to use the Neuro Hub to route Input 2 to something and eventually route that out to Out 1. The stock settings would probably either ignore the In 2 or route it to Out 2. Most of the presets out there are set up for mono, and the routing is something you'll have to set up for every patch (it isn't a global setting). I think there is a global setting that lets you at least save Stereo input as your default though.

Fortunately I currently only use three patches on the AS so I already went through and set them to stereo in / out... it might be a problem on the C4 settings...

Hey guys, I was just trying to publish a C4 preset from my phone but it looks like I am getting an error message stating: "Can not get user profile." Anyone else have that issue? I made sure I was logged in and even logged out and signed back in again.

Quick question as I await the arrival of my new SA gear. If I'm using the Soleman and Neuro hub, and recall a scene set in the hub, can I use the switches on the individual pedals to turn them on and off within that scene?

Example: I setup an envelope filter patch in the C4 and a distortion setting in the AS and call it up. Can I then use the switch on the aftershock to turn it on and off while leaving both pedals set to the same settings that they are set for in the scene?

Yep. The switch still works. You can also set up a patch that say calls an envelope on the C4 engaged, a dirt setting and boost on the aftershock that is disengaged. jump, on and off the aftershock when ya need that?

The Neuro Desktop App just always crashed when I try to use it with the C4. Same exact setup works flawlessly with the Aftershock. Whether I plug it in directly or via a hub, using different cables, nothing helps.

I don't know if this is a C4 issue or a Neuro Desktop issue. I have tried reinstalling it but I can't seem to get a clean new installation. When I re-install, I am still logged in... There must be some files left on my Mac but I have no idea where. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Yup, i am running an iMac on 10.15.6 (current). I deinstalled the Neuro App, got rid of all the little extra files with Appcleaner, an reinstalled fresh from the website. Restarts in between each step.
After that clean install it worked for a couple minutes but then started acting up in the old way again: when trying to load a patch (from the cloud or the device, doesn't matter), I'd load up an empty patch with all knobs at zero and make no sound. After that and trying to click around, spinning rainbow cursor of death.

However, I have noticed that the pedal seems not to be up to date. Neuro Desktop says its 1.15 and the website has 1.18 as the newest version. However, the Desktop app insists the pedal is up to date.

If you can, get your preset backed up on the editor, then do a factory reset and see if runs fine. Then manually update if the app doesn't recognize that the pedal is out of date. If your running the latest version of the editor, the firmware file will be in the desktop editor folder.
