Short answer ~ No. Long answer is they are each based of different approaches plus as comprehensive as the toolbox is on the Ultrawave it does not replicate the functionality of the Dirty Trio for shaping those tones to work in a sonic context. Ultrawave uses a pure waveform that can be split different ways, boosted, leveled, muted plus the multi band tremolo. The Dirty Trio uses various specific type engines or models each that have several control points of added shaping for gain, tone, saturation that the Ultrawave does not have. While they are both wonderful pedals they do not really replace the other and there is very little overlap in sounds.
