I can't verify it fixes this particular issue, but I've read there is already a beta Apple software update v16.6 out there that is supposed to fix the issue the 16.5 update caused. I always wait a month before updates for this very reason!

Unfortunately, my apple stuff did an auto update. And I loaded the 16.6. No luck.

Hmm- looks like Apple already put out a 16.5.1 that was supposed to fix it too: iOS 16.5.1 is released with important security updates and a Camera Adapter fix | Macworld
Curious if SA is using something different that has been affected

Thanks. Same results with iPhone update. App will only pull up factory presets. Everything else ,… hourglass.

The big rewire project starts today. I’d love some advice on the most aesthetically pleasing choice for the rise though. The only considerations are that the Collider has to stay where it is, and the C4 has to stay up top, but could be in any of the 3 open spots.

I'm curious whether you would ever want to stomp the Aftershock on and off mid song and therefore want it on the top layer? I often use my to add a mild boost and dirt during choruses or other sections for dynamics, so would want access.

I would think the G3 would handle that fine, either through a loop or MIDI.

Yeah, everything will be midi controlled and all loops are reorderable, with the exception of the pre-buffer 7th loop which will be for one of the C4 routes.

My iPhone is running latest version, just used my adapter with atlas a couple nights ago, and had no issue with the app communicating with the atlas to make changes. Perhaps the usb cable or adapter are bad?

Only the ultrawave doesn’t support all controls in the neuro hub. Collider is fully supported for editing. Hub does not access the internal presets on the pedals though.

Already had an UltraWave which I love. Just bought the C4 plus a hub. But I became a little frustrated I could not get the UW to show it's parameters in the (hub) neuro-app.
After a quick search I came across the quoted message. Does this still aply? Is there a fix for this. It would be ashame if I need to run multiple usb cables to my computer to control everything.

We had a small fight about this internally at Source Audio.

When Jesse designed the Hub he thought that 300 parameters was a crazy amount for preset data, so that is what he picked. Then came the C4, which has about 500. At first, the Hub could not save all the C4 parameters. Jesse did a huge update and found a way to squeeze all C4 parameters inside a Hub scene. Then came the Ultrawave with like 1000 parameters. The morphing is the culprit. The only was to save an Ultrawave preset to a Hub scene is by referencing a preset location in the Ultrawave. Its not perfect, but it is still effective.

Connecting to pedals via the Hub is never going to be the exact same experience as connecting via USB. There is way too much data traffic. We have tried to make the experience as good as possible. It is still far better than MIDI programming. Some others might want to comment on this.

FWIW for both those pedals I use both the Neuro link via Neuro Hub and a USB link through a USB hub, in fact I have all my SA and Zoom pedals set up this way. When creating a scene I edit each pedal USB direct and then save on the Neuro Hub, I only use one USB from the pedal board to my laptop that I use for editing as Neuro Hub is connected to the USB Hub. It is an inexpensive ACER that I use primarily for that purpose.

Okey, thanks for the clear (and fast!) responses!!
I’m just going to use a usb hub as suggested. Not really a big deal. I was just getting frustrated because I thought I was doing something wrong.
I have to fugure out a lot more stuff, so hopefully it’s okey to bother you with a few questions in the future.

So a updated hub with more memory would solve this?

I don't think this is the most important thing to improve on the Hub.
