Due to a shipping 'mishap' (online merchant took care of me, at least), I wont get to try my new Dimension Reverb til I get back home Sunday night. Arrrghhh! Really needed reverb for this trip too! (surf band rehearsal on bass and then on electric guitar for a singer/songwriter trip). Oh well... Wife said she managed to retrieve it from the post office, so at least it exists!

I would absolutely LOVE a Source Audio bass synth pedal. I've personally always viewed synth pedals as a "weakest link" —really requiring some serious innovation or at least a very good, affordable and new option— among bass effects.

The only problem I can foresee is that I don't have enough pedalboard space for anything else! :p

Any chance of a synth/Deep Impact sounding pedal in the works? I feel that if any company could achieve those classic tones it would be Source Audio.

Oh, right. JUST when I reached a GAS-free state, having bought the BEF Pro and the MWBD Pro. Now you gotta go bring this up. :bawl:

But, yeah, I'd be interested!

I have been looking for a Deep Impact for years at a decent price. If Source Audio came out with one within their current price ranges I would be first in line.

I definitely think they could pull it off and match the tones.

I just want a Source Audio bass synth pedal with Source Audio bass synth sounds....I'd be totally giddy with that. As I am with my BEF Pro.

#94, My dual expression pedal arrives today and I will have a SB2 Multiwave following it in very soon. I may even have to up grade my BEF when the SB2 BEF hits. And I would be all over a SA Bass synth SB2 Style.

This may have been addressed, but this thread too is ginormous to read right now ;). Is a SoundBlox 2 version of the BEF slated to come out soon? I am on the verge of buying the BEF Pro but I can wait a few months if a new version is on the way. Also, does the BEF pro support the dual expression pedal?

The SB2 BEF is at least 6 months away. We have so many other projects right now.

The dual expression pedal works perfectly with the BEF Pro in either the SENSOR IN mode or EXPRESSION in mode.
