The cool thing with the UW, is you can use the two channels in different places of your chain. Say ch1 as a clean compressor before pitch and synth effects. Then distortion on ch2 after or last in chain as a preamp and limiter.

How do you use the ultrawave? How does it sound running into the c4?
That's why I currently go C4 > UW > Spectrum. In the old days, SA Multiwave >> SA BEF was the most common. Applying moving filters to all those harmonics was nasty. Might need to revisit Slurple Gurp video!!!! Will Cady SA classic.
That is the best of all worlds! That's why I currently go C4 > UW > Spectrum.
I know I could do wihout the Spectrum and put the C4 qnd UW in parallel, with some fancy routing between the two channel input / outputs...however...that'll make my head hurt too much in a live situation.
How exactly would you cable that up? Thanks
Easy, use it in stereo.
Bass into ch1, out ch1 into next pedal, back into ch2, out ch2 into next pedal or amp.
Wild fun, and an inspiration for me to start and finish some recordings. .I cant resist. Here it is.

Ok so you use the ultrawave to process clean sounds , ever use the foldovers to do any else. I haven't experimented as off yet...
There is this, but I am not sure if covers that:I would love to see a video on the Multiband tremolo and deeper features of the UW.

I finally got to spend some more time with the Ultrawave last night and tried out the presets for it from the SA homepage ([Invalid or Expired Link Removed])
WOW - these are all such great starting points for all kinds of sounds. Leave them as is and they'll easily replace 6 pedals, covering tremolo, slow-gear, OD, distortion, fuzz, compression. But obviously you can use a bunch of these algorithms in tandem, or change things up to your liking. I just shook my head in disbelief on how great these presets are and how I almost missed that link in my quick read through the pedal description. Highly recommended!! I have 40ish presets saved on my unit now.
Now I just have to spend many more hours/weeks/months or more tweaking the UW before I can say I am getting close the limits of this pedal.
And then... I still need to get to know my Collider better!
But for now, again the link for said presets:

He does some but spends way more time on the Ring Mod that is also cool but not nearly so densely in need of explaination. I did find a couple of user vids that are a bit more in depth that helped me get a better understanding. There is this, but I am not sure if covers that:

My understanding that for the C4 and Ultrawave you would need a device that acts as a USB MIDI Host. I have all my SA pedals connected through a Hub to save scenes and for more memory for my Aftershock. I use both the Neuro hook up and USB as my setup includes a computer for constant access and recording. My FI is in a separate system with other synth pedals that I would run as a side car if needed.Looks like a great pedal, I really like the C4 and the nueral editor.
thinking of getting it to go with my synth board(for recording) Future impact, C4 and Sy1000.
looks like to get multiple Source audio pedals you would need a nuero hub or can you just midi sync 2 source audio pedals via seperate usb?
