I knew it was launching on that day, but not when, so I didn't get up to see it.I forgot and slept in.

Success! All five layers of the sun shade fully deployed and tensioned. Yay!The Webb telescope is in it's critical sun shade depolyment phase. If this doesn't go well the the mission is a failure. So far so good but the next few days are critical.

Found this article talking of a proposed alternative model for how the universe started. One thing it proposes is that black holes and still unexplained dark matter are the same.
Another cool thing is the James Webb telescope may be able to answer that.
