SpaceX and other space stuff

I tried to post this earlier, but it disappeared:

Why SpaceX competition is scrod even before Starship:

Competitors who have a ready-to-fly fleet of orbital-class boosters: None. :D

Go SpaceX!

I pretty much came to that conclusion the first time they turned around a booster in less than a month.

Do you mean the poor camera work or the perfect landing? I seriously thought/think maybe the ”incredible views” was tongue in cheek based on the first 24 seconds.
Yeah, I'm sure that's not the video @fig referred to. Still pretty, at the landing, but yeah, some trouble keeping it in-frame early on. Can't be easy with a long lens.

Edit: here's a shorter, prettier vid:

Either I posted this already, or meant to and didn't. Found it while cleaning out bookmarks.

Not many instructions and they're explanatory. But the fun thing was typing in your city and tracking it's location for hundreds of millions of years as the continents change.

I couldn't get my city to pin until the 600 million year mark. The globe starts at 750 million years.

I'm easily amused. :)
