I agree, that one engine was trying to light. I wonder if it would have landed without the big boom had the engine ignited properly or was it intended to crash land?I didn't expect the bellyflop maneuver to be as smooth and stable as it was, though I did expect it to go upright again very quickly once the Raptors reignited. Looked like one of them choked a bit, though, the green flame is the re-igniter going all out trying to get it going again. Just landed a wee bit hard!
I'm certain they would rather it have landed in one piece, but make no mistake, this was a very successful test flight! I liked seeing the flaps working on the free fall!Interesting watching the shot of the engines during flight. The gimbaling was great to see, especially after the first engine cut off. Indeed, it certainly did go well. Thrusters were very controlled and stable.
